Product Warranties & Repairs:

All of our products are protected under the original manufacturer's or distributor's warranty (Taramps Brazil).

Warranty Term- 15 months counted from the date of purchase.

All those in need of repair must comply with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

No product may be shipped without an RMA issued in the portal.
Each claim must register: SN, Manufacturing Date, and Sale Date 
For any warranty claim, the SN and associated data must match the system record.
Returns showing abuse, tampering, or misuse do not qualify.

After 15 months the product is out of warranty please refer to a manufacturer's service center. They must be reported to authorized service centers, or to the consumer service departments indicated by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for breaches of manufacturer's warranty policies.  TarampsPowerStore.com is not responsible for damage caused by product failures to third parties or property. Our liability is limited to monetary replacement for the value of the product. See our section:

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return your item to TarampsPowerStore.com within 30 days of the date of your purchase. Subject to the exclusions and conditions described below: Eligibility Please read the conditions below, if you do not comply with these, TarampsPowerStore.com reserves the right to refuse the return or charge at least 10% of the value of the item as a return charge. Items to be returned must be new in their original box and if altered (their barcode cannot have been destroyed or) must include all wrapping and packaging materials, warranty cards included and unwritten, as well as instruction manuals and their accessories. TarampsPowerStore.com is not responsible for personal effects or information left inside the returned equipment. TarampsPowerStore.com is not responsible for damage to property or third parties such as consequences arising from products purchased from us. We are only responsible for the value of the damaged goods that have been purchased from us. Claims for items that have been damaged during transit to their destination must be claimed within 2 days of the date of receipt of the goods. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to appear in your bank account. Credits will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you have used a check or gift card method, a check will be created and returned by mail. Please allow at least 10 days after the return has been approved.
